HC Renovations Ltd, are a local Building Company who are based in Manchester, England, and specialise in renovating properties in the north west. The Company was founded by Lewis Hodson and John Crompton in 2009 after the closure of the lettings and property company they had been employed by for the past 3 years. The founders history has always been in construction having been involved in many major commercial construction projects both as Site Engineers & Project Management.

Since entering the domestic market in 2007 HC House Renovations have carried out numerous development projects.

Both the founders and personnel are City & Guilds (CITB) qualified tradesmen and are completely competent at providing a professional & friendly building service. We also use a vast amount of highly qualified sub-contractors to ensure projects are organised and completed in the specified time.

We carry a 5 Million Pound Public Liability Insurance policy.

Here at HC Renovations we have been renovating & re-furbishing many properties over the years for landlords to the specified budget but always to the highest standard without compromise.
